Objective and approaches
|
| To carry out different forms of actions for the economic development, as commonly defined by international bodies, involving local populations and particularly the most destitute, through the organisation of civil society and the conducting of development programmes in the economic, social and cultural fields |

| ADER Project approaches is |
|
- A feasibility study is carried out in order to gauge the local, social, economic and technical situation, and to identify partners and beneficiaries for the programs.
- Secondly, once the needs are identified in consultation with the group chosen, micro-projects are sampled on the field. Results and their capitalization help defining the specific operations to be further implemented and their extension to other groups and /or other sites.
- The last step is to ensure long term durability of the projects by promoting local initiatives, focusing on capacity building, supporting endogenous development and organsing local networks that will help promote long-term development

| ADER has basic principles of Transparency, Accountability, Good Governance, Capacity Building Approach, Maximum Utilization of Resources and Sustainability at all level of implementation of project cycle management. |
